Meal preparation can also become a collaborative activity, helping to maintain the care recipient's independence. For example, while the caregiver takes care of the cooking, the person receiving care can participate by chopping vegetables and following the recipe.

Our caregivers also provide physical assistance during meals, such as cutting food, distributing portions, and helping with drinks.
