Our Caregivers ensure that medication is taken according to the instructions provided on the pillbox. They will also report, if not hopefully prevent, any errors or missed doses in previous medication intake, enabling prompt intervention from family members and healthcare professionals. Through this service, the risks of medication forgetfulness are significantly reduced, optimizing treatment effectiveness and preventing complications associated with an irregular intake.
A typical medication reminder session lasts approximately 10 minutes. This service is generally part of a more comprehensive home care package, including services such as meal assistance and light housekeeping. It can also be integrated into assistance with getting up or going to bed, help with personal hygiene, dressing, and exercise assistance and staying active.
